August, 26, Moscow - VDNH Summer Cinema and Lecture hall hosted Polar Expedition Kartesh lecture titled To the unexplored shores of Novaya Zemlya.

 

Polar Expedition Kartesh creative director Yaroslav Amelin told about the project and meticulously described the first stage of the the 2016 Interdisciplinary Arctic Expedition. He displayed photos taken during the expedition.

Vladimir Tchava, LMSU Marine Research center expert who participated in the 2015 and 2016 expeditions, together with the project academic secretary Polina Dgebuadze elaborated on the R&D part of the project and research activities of the 2016 expedition.
